I booked for 8 persons 3 triple rooms, I don’t understand why the bed is not made / prepared and we as guests with little children have to fix the sheets ourselves. I think this is ridiculous

I have been robbed at the parking of this hotel yesterday! Don't go there! A man (he was with another man) stole my backpack with all of my documents: passport, ID, everything. Luckily there was a few euro in my wallet. How can this happen in a hotel? There was camera but the receptionist didn't show me. But luckily we had cameras too and the face of the thief and the plate numbers can be seen.

I read the reviews about items being stolen from rooms but I thought it was made up until it has just happened to my family. New Nike trainers have been stolen from my daughter's bedroom by the cleaning staff. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL The rooms are ridiculously small and you cannot get in and out of the shower without walking in to the toilet. Disgusting.

There were spider webs everywhere in the room. A foul smell and the shower cubicle was filthy. It was so filthy I couldn’t stay there for my entire holiday I had to leave and get another hotel
