Sweaty nights and rude staff

I did not have a great stay. Stayed here for 3 night and had issues with the air-conditioning. Told the staff who send out a mechanic but still air-conditioning didn't work, resulting in sweaty nights with not a lot of sleep for both me and my friend . During check out I mentioned this problem again but the staff and manager replied like she didnt care and didn't really bother to compensate in any way. Definitely not staying here again.

very nice place, the staff was super helpfull. and we were able to store our lugage before and after our stay for free! also the cleaners were super sweet and cleaned our room to perfection!

Hotel is situated at a short distance from both bus and metro station. The rooms are basic. The staff is helpful and quick in responding to guests. For shopping it’s especially good as it’s 7 -10 min walk from the large east side Berlin Mall. It’s good value for money overall.

Hotel had all of the amenities we required; TV, air conditioning, provided shampoo and shower gel, etc. Staff were very friendly and courteous. I am a very big fan of the 15 minute policy in place for any concerns you have, in which the staff will endeavour to fix your concern within 15 mins of being alerted to it. It made me feel well looked after.
