My wifes B'day was on the second day (11 juli) of our stay and on 10th evening i asked the front desk executive for something special like a cake during our Breakfask Buffet and the staff said he wlll inform the Chef with a note. But unfortunately nothing special arranged or showed for us. i had to arrange a cake cutting in another restaurant in the evening

Good afternoon, The experience with the Movenpick Hotel Berlin was good, but I find the mood - because of the Covid-19 -very Strange, above all when we travel in a foreign country. Felt welcomed at the check-in, very friendly staff. The room was very spacious. The location was amazing, right opposite to Berlin Bunker Story and one minute walk to subway station. You can walk to Potsdamer Platz as well. Breakfast was good, wide selection and serving until 11am on Sat and 12nn on Sunday! Will return.

Very well located, good food, rooms kind of small, clean, bathrooms not intimate (semitransparent walls), small gym.

We are really sorry that we apparently could not convince you with our room- and gym-facilities. The building of our hotel is listed and leaves us less room for manoeuvre regarding to the furnishings, for the benefit of history, which is otherwise unfortunately so fast-moving. Due to the Monument protection we find our challenges in more than 80 different room layouts, historical facades and masonry, glazed tiles in the bathrooms and many more. However you can be sure that we evaluate our guests feedback regularly with our team in order to improve our quality constantly. Excellent customer service but i did feel as though me and my son were allocated the worst rooms. My natural way is not to complain so i didn’t. The water coming from the shower had an awful smell.....room 254 i think? Worth checking up on! I probably should have mentioned it but as i say i naturally just get on. Otherwise couldn’t fault hotel. Would definitely return!

It was one of the best 'welcomes' we have had at any Accor hotel, we were told quite clearly how the room met the 'request' but if it was too noisy we could be moved. Room itself was very good, food and bar were also good. The breakfasts were wonderful.

The hotel is clean, breakfast is good - but the design of the rooms are not practical. The shower always leaks water at the bottom and my colleague's room had a bath in the middle of the room which is just odd. Staff are friendly but check out was a bit of a mess, there should be a more streamlined approach (express checkout?). The room next door to mine had an interconnecting door *(which was not locked until I asked!) and then I heard all the noise in the adjacent room due to doors being thin. Small design flaws stop this being a luxury.

No one on duty at the bar. After waiting for awhile, went to reception to ask for a drink. Few minutes later, barman came !!! Next day, I order a cocktail. Barman starts to prepare it, but use wrong ingredients, not even close in terms of taste. When I tell him, he replied I don’t have the correct ingredients so I use what I have !!!
