Almost everything was perfect. Only the non-working elevators are a problem for the guests and for the housekeeping personnel.

Unfortunately the elevators didn’t work. The staff was really kind, they gave the 4 days parking for free for this inconvience. Therefore if I go for a trip, I will search for accomodation on the Accor website

Room was fine but cleaning service poor

Room was large and comfortable. However, the cleaning service was lacking. My drinking glasses were either not cleaned or they were replaced with dirty one. One day it was obvious it was my same dirty drinking glass put back on the shelf. The coffee pods and my dirty coffee mugs were not replaced (5 nights). I ended up requesting at front counter.

The hotel's location is good, close to the metro, the room was spacious and clean and cosy. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful .Great breakfast choices and quality of food.
