We stayed in this Ibis on our drive from Munich to London, conveniently located, easy access with good restaurants nearby.

Great price but a bit dated

I would say that the hotel was in good enough location for my journey and at a great price. However, it is a bit dated now and the parking wasn't great. The location is very busy thanks to other businesses around and with poor parking availability/surface/lighting, and so I wasn't thrilled to leave my car there overnight. Not likely to stay there again.

Room was not clean (chips on the floor at arrival) Chips in the corridor during 2 days Old light in bathroom was not working correctly Tip: hotel must be renewed urgently

While our establishment underwent renovations in 2016 and we continually aim to maintain a fresh environment, we take note of your comments regarding the urgency for updates. The cleanliness of our rooms is paramount, and we are disheartened to learn of the oversight with the chips on the floor. Rest assured, daily housekeeping is a standard practice at our hotel and we are saddened that this was not evident during your stay. Additionally, we would like to extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the light malfunction in the bathroom. We also understand that a peaceful environment is essential for a comfortable stay. Our rooms are generally noted for their soundproofing, and we regret if your experience was contrary to this. For future visits, we can certainly allocate a room that is situated in a quieter part of the hotel to ensure a more serene experience. We hope to see you in the future.
