However, we regret that certain aspects did not meet your expectations. In regards to parking, our complimentary car park is indeed shared with other businesses and can be busy at times, but we are constantly working to improve the parking experience for our guests. Safety and security remain a priority for us, and we will continue to ensure our premises, including parking areas, are well-maintained for our guests' comfort. While our establishment underwent renovations in 2016 and we continually aim to maintain a fresh environment, we take note of your comments regarding the urgency for updates. The cleanliness of our rooms is paramount, and we are disheartened to learn of the oversight with the chips on the floor. Rest assured, daily housekeeping is a standard practice at our hotel and we are saddened that this was not evident during your stay. Additionally, we would like to extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the light malfunction in the bathroom. We also understand that a peaceful environment is essential for a comfortable stay. Our rooms are generally noted for their soundproofing, and we regret if your experience was contrary to this. For future visits, we can certainly allocate a room that is situated in a quieter part of the hotel to ensure a more serene experience. We hope to see you in the future.
