Our stay was exactly what we needed. The checkin ladies were so very helpful and patient with our group and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was varied and everything available no matter what time you arrived. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Rooms are very old, needs renovation. Housekeeping is the worst and have seen in my life. Both the shampoo and hand soap were fully empty when I arrived to me room and there was no toilet paper. Cleaning a room is not a complicated task but this hotel failed even to provide you a properly cleaned room and a soap to wash your hands. No fridge in rooms. All the other hotels which cost half of this hotel have fridges in the room. A hotel to avoid definitely. You can find much better hotels with much cheaper price.

My room was clearly not clean, when I arrived very late. There were several obvious urin spots on the toilet seat as an example. The other room wasn't accessible do to a problem with the key card lock. The rooms also just seemed dirty and dated. Not a place I would want to sleep again. Most of the staff were friendly and the food was very good.

Overall experience was good. The hotel needs some slight refurbishments but overall I had a nice room. Kudos for the water fountain in the corridor outside of the rooms.
