Poor fitness room.

Such a hotel can not have such poor fitness room. Two threadnills out of order for more than one month, rowing machine and bicicle in poor conditions. On the other hand excellent restaurant and very kind waiters.

Older hotel probably due a downgrade to an Ibis

Standard non descriptor stay. Hotel is not well placed for public transport. Breakfast is strongly priced. OK to stay unless there is a better more central location in your budget. The mattresses are memory foam, surprising cheap out for a middle value hotel, hence my suggestion that this is really a jumped up Ibis budget.
