The rooms were pretty decent and clean. It’s just the staff are rude. Specially in the fitness center. 15 minutes of working out (10:45am) the staff started to vacuum the whole gym and cleaned a spot on the floor with a very strong chemical and it made me so dizzy and opted out to stop my exercise. Complained to the reception, without any apologies that their guest was not feeling comfortable, and gave the reason that the staff in fitness center are third party. So disappointed.

Partially the hotel refurbished but the corridors still look from the past. The soft mattress very uncomfortable - you sink in and start sweating.

The Room was really nice. Breakfast staff was smiling every morning. At the reception we thank Alexandra, Always helpful and smiling. The breakfast has a Wide choice!

I love your hotels in general. I spend a lot of time in different Acccor hotels (the best is Novo obviously). Novo in KRK West is well located, always very clean, has a great approach for planet positive (drink water in hall in each floor -> great), nice breakfast), and there are very nice, friendly staff.

My mum stayed in the hotel woth her friends and they really enjoyed it. Staff on reception and actually anywhere else was absolutely amazing, the rooms were clean, well equipped. The coffee machine in the room was very appriciated, as well as the water stations outside of the room in the hall. Great staff, great facilities and good location too. If we ever come back, we will stay again. Big and tasty selection for breakfast.
