Very close to the Eurostar terminal and express trains to Brugges/Ghent etc. The hotel room was very comfortable and spacious. This was the only plus of our stay We arrived at 17.00 hours and told abruptly that our room was not ready!! Eventually we were offered a room, there was no welcome to the hotel or directions to lift/room. No coffee or milk in the room and we continually had to ask at reception for replenishment. Again service was not pleasant. A request for an iron over the phone to reception and I was told to come and get it..a quality hotel would deliver to the room !! Service at the bar was slow and again staff were not pleasant. The front of hotel was regularly crowded with non residents and characters of a rough nature leaving a feeling of insecurity when entering and leaving the hotel.

Using this hotel for long time. Yes, it is the station neighbourhood, which attract bit strange people, but this is just a look... Otherwise - it is transport hub neighbourhood, what is excellent for you trips - both somewhere by train, or just inside the city, and to the airports as well.

Hotel location waa good near train location. While for room - would be good to have minimum having kettle in each room & lighting need to be Brighter. Also window need to be clenan periodically. Thank you
