We stayed at this location during our visit to Geneva, This place had the accommodation for 4 people with breakfast included. Price is very high but in a closer distance to the train station. There are a lot of public transport options.If you are in the middle of deciding between Novotel airport and this one, for commute perspective, this is the best. The neighborhood is good with a lot of restaurants in walking distance and also a grocery store nearby. There is a shopping complex with Mugros, Decathlon in a walking distance. The rooms are not that specious for a people of 4, especially additinal beds provided, not a great setup. The shower has a good water flow and hot. All other accessories like iron, hair dryer, everything was handy. The room was maintained every day, and the new towels are kept, which is great. One good thing about this hotel is the buffet, They have a huge buffet. But the eggs look very bad. Hummus tasted excellent. We enjoyed the buffet doing our stay here. The staff is friendly. The air condition in the room sucks. It's not a great value for the money, but for the location, you get the benefit. But nit worth the money you pay.

Executive Room Experience

I have stayed in a different Room Category (Superior) at this property and the experience in the Executive Room was below than that of the Superior Room. No side tables to place your phone (or anything else) for charging! The phone (covers the entire area) occupied the side where the two USB outlets exist. No full couch. Just an uncomfortable Chair! Extremely limited free non-alcoholic beverages. All drinks were full of sugar (one large water bottle-which was great!). When requested a Coke Zero, it became a UN case of approvals and for me to bring the Coke bottle down for replacement! Really!!! No replenishment 50% of the time for the so called free beverages! Bathrobes and sleepers - a nice touch! On the first day (15 June) of Breakfast, I was informed that I can not order eggs as the summer period has started and no more requests are taken during the summer period. Why two sets of rules for customers? The scrambled eggs are not edible! Let the CEO try them! They might be acceptable at IBIS but not Novotel! Very limited hot choices for breakfast for special dietary individuals. The hotel points received did not match the original points shown during booking on the App. What is the formula used to calculate?
