This hotel is very well located away from the hustle and bustle but close to all the attractions. The tram and metro are walking distance. The breakfast was amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend a stay here.

The hotel is well situated, the accommodation is good and the view is ok. I had a pleasant stay, I enjoyed my vacation, and I would suggest to consider Ibis for its location, friendly and relaxed environment. The staff were helpful, friendly and joyous. They assisted me during my stay and were always so helpful.

Staff were exceptionally accommodating and customer focused. We arrived early and was able to checkin early at no extra cost. The luggage room was very useful accommodatingour late departure requirements. Breakfast and dinner at hotel restaurant was excellent. Main attractions were accessible on foot or by tram.

Location was good - we walked to most places. The staff were friendly and our rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Would have liked to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It was rainy when we stayed so being able to hire big umbrellas was welcome.

Extremely clean, staff were very polite, beds and pillows were a dream to sleep on. Location on the outskirts of the centre but positive is quiet spot and made us walk and see parts of Amsterdam we probably wouldn’t have seen.
