Our 2-night family stay at Ibis Amsterdam was adequate but fell short in some areas. The staff was kind but seemed disorganized and inattentive to details. We were not informed about a nearly 50% discount for parking at the nearby Q-Park, which would have saved us a significant amount. Additionally, despite breakfast being included in our reservation, we were initially charged again, though the error was eventually corrected. The rooms were clean and functional, but too small for our taste. Overall, a decent stay, but with room for improvement in communication and guest experience.

Middle aged gentleman at chick in was outstanding. Efficient, effective, friendly and an absolute font of knowledge about the area, venues to visit, etc.

Basic but clean. Staff friendly. rooms quite small and lacked tea and coffee facilities which was a shame. Breakfast quite varied and hot food sometimes available also. Card only to purchase from front desk which wasnt ideal but overall not a bad place to get your head down. 15 minute walk to centre
