Great location for expo, not too many restaurants locally, so if travelling by train to Belgium you are a little limited. Rooms were comfortable, but a little dated, the bathroom facilities were clean. I did not ask but would have liked a bath! Breakfast was ok, if a little limited.

No kettle,no heater to warm up room and the mattress was very thin.

We understand the importance of a warm and comfortable room, especially during the cooler periods. While our heating systems are designed to warm up quickly for our guests' comfort, we acknowledge that your experience was not satisfactory in this regard. Our team are on hand to deal with any concerns or issues you may have and regret you did not reach out to us during your stay. We also take note of your comments regarding the mattress. Our Sweet Bed by ibis bedding is usually appreciated for its comfort, and we regret that it did not live up to your expectations. Moreover, while our rooms do not come equipped with kettles, we have a 24/7 bar where guests can enjoy a wide selection of drinks and snacks. Nonetheless, we would like to highlight our hotel's central location, close to major attractions such as the Brupark, the Atomium, and the King Baudouin Stadium, as well as our proximity to downtown Brussels and the international airport, which many of our guests find convenient.
