Lovely location, nice hotel

The hotel is in a good location, and the rooms were lovely. However, we had two rooms as part of a "family deal" and although the rooms were next door to one another, they did not have an internal door which is not ideal when travelling with young children. Also, the receptionist on arrival was not particularly friendly and we were charged for the car park and this fee was not made clear upon booking.

I've visited this hotel every year since 2001, except for the 2 corona years. The hotel is ideally located between Potsdam and Berlin, with direct access (not noticeable when it comes to noise) to the Autobahn. For people without a car, there is a busstop next to the hotel, as well as a patrolstation and a McDonalds. The bus goes to the next nearby railwaystation, with access to the Berlin U-Bahn and S-Bahn. There is an excellent parkingplace behind the hotel. The breakfest is OK. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.
