Easy booking and check-in at terminal at hotel entrance at 1:30am!! Room clean. Bed comfortable, mattress firm no dents. Windows soundproof. Pull-down blinds complete dark.

The location, rooms and breakfast was as expected and comparable to other Ibis Budget. You get what you pay for. We arrived late when the reception was closed and the check in machine was not working probably. Talked to customer service 3 times on the phone but they could not resolve the problem. This was very negative - for a place like this the self-check must always work. On the positive side, after 10 min an employee (said he was the manager) arrived and was friendly and able to work out the check-in for us.

The hotel is well situated with fairly good transport links and within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the service pleasant. The complimentery luggage storage service in a locked room was much appreciated. However the room was not entirely clean, with a lot of dust. The floor was outright grimy - a wet tissue wiped across it came up grey and the idea of walking on it with bare feet and then getting into bed was unappealing. Two bath towels and a floor towel to step onto when getting out of the shower were provided, but there was no hand towel. There should have been. There was also no divider between the shower and the room and a full length mirror was hung directly in front of the door, so it was hard to maintain privacy. Overall it was serviceable, but not great. For the price the lack of finer details was acceptable, but cleanliness is a basic requirement and the least that guests should be able to expect.
