Good position for onward travel

I checked the position of this hotel and found it ideal for our overnight stop-over travelling South. The hotel was spotless and the private car park left us happy to leave luggage in the car. This is a two star hotel so do not expect waiter service. However, the lady on reception was very helpful and an asset to the company. She spoke English and made certain that we were happy with everything. If you arrive early or late there is a check in machine at the entrance which gives you a code to access your room. The rooms are compact but comfortable and have AC.Breakfast is a pleasant French style..just don't expect a full English. I was lucky enough to use Google's Street Guide before I left the UK so knew what to look for when we arrived. Very helpful to check how to get on and off the motorway. Will certainly stay again.

Clean, safe, good parking, breakfast was everything you could want to set you up for a day of further driving. Staff only at breakfast but were friendly.

Lamourna Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

This was the second stopover stay at Ibis on my journey north. I stayed at Saintes and then Petit Quevilly and both were good experiences. However in addition to the correct bills for these stqys Ibis also charged my credit card for a stay at Ibis La Rochelle for 67.30 EUR. A hotel I have not booked or stayed at. I do not store my credit card on the Ibis site and despite several email conversations this payment error has not been rectified and I have not received an explanation with regard to data security.

Location and accommodation was perfect for us. We were on route south with two very young dogs and needed to stop over in a really convenient and easy to find hotel. Hotel is perfectly located close to the motorway south, car parking is right in front and the room on the ground floor was perfect with the dogs.
