I had a reservation confirmed with reservation code and guaranteed through a credit card number. However the man at the reception only told me there were no rooms left and I had to sleep outdoors that night. It was a terrible and even life-threatening experience. The man at the reception made me wait for one hour and a half to just tell me the hotel was full and my reservation code was useless. I asked for the complain sheet several times but he did not provide me with it. TERRIBLE AND UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I was 1000 km away from my home country, I felt treated like rubbish.

Arrived and couldn't get in as no one was there and booking in machine was not working tried to call the number no one answered said someone would be there at 5 no one turned up at all finally machine got working and we could check into our room which smelt of smoke was very dated and dark toilets flooded on floor and no where to get a coffee but definitely cheap and not cheerful if you can stomach just 1 night ok for a pit stop

Unable to gain access to the hotel after 0000 hrs due to it not taking the following day check in as confirmed. Needed to wake up the hotel manager who then also couldn't work out how to check us in. A poor experience overall.
