laundri at 4 AM for half an hour complicate for me after to sleep again. . this room 101 just above the garbage room or truck loading and unloading is quiet but every time the garbage cans or laundry carts move is noisy. The staff should be forbidden to carry out any activity before 6 a.m., so that guests can enjoy an uninterrupted night's sleep. Some night I was awaken 5 or 6 times by those movements

Convenient to airport with shuttle

Close to airport and shuttle is convenient to the hotel. Free to hotel but 3 euro to the airport. 15 minute flat easy walk to the Kelsterbach train station with S8 or S9 taking you to centre of town. Room is expectedly small but comfortable. Reception was very kind and lent us a kettle to make a cup of tea. Only negative we had loud noises of rubbish bins being dragged across cobblestones causing loud rattling sounds and lots of bottles thrown in the middle of the night, interrupting sleep.

We have stayed before and thought it was value for money, however there is a major difference now! Our room was smaller than our friends (she was on her own) ours was a double! I have an Accor gold card! The breakfast was nothing to write home about! We had to pay for our shuttle to the airport and it never went after 10.15 in the morning until3.15 pm so we couldn’t take advantage of the 12 noon check out! We should have got an Uber which was cheaper! We had to ask for an electric kettle and cups - these should be basic. I and last thing, it was the most expensive out of our whole trip around Europe! Got to take a look at your service !
