Especially Jeanette from concierge service in welcome desk give me best support to travel and all information during my staying in pullman hotel bercy. I hope to see her again and merci for all.

Jeanette’s welcome desk has great service for our stay in Paris, she delivered warm services for the introduction of the tour and she provided very good instructions for our tour. She is really helpful and friendly, she is really a gem in the service industry.

My friend's daughter gave us a recommendation for your hotel, which she and her family had found to be good and well located considering the Gare de Lyon (we traveled by train from Nice). Our experience for two nights exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and since we were two women travelling together, we got two separate beds at our request and they were big double beds! We slept really well. The only small minus is the carpet, which I'm sure you have received feedback from others, too. The staff was really friendly at every turn. Special thanks to Madame Consierge (Danish lady), from whom we received good advice, e.g. for traveling by taxi. At breakfast, which was absolutely excellent, special thanks go to the lady who made the omelettes and the lady who guided us in at the door. We hope you will pass on our thanks both to them and also to their managers. In addition to the delicious breakfasts, the second night we enjoyed absolutely wonderful Cesar salads in your restaurant. We can warmly recommend the hotel to our friends and we believe we will return as your guest on our next trip to Paris. Kind regards, Elisa ASPHOLM and Pirkko H.
