High rate for a simple room, with no amenities. Breakfast Ok, well located BUT too expensive for the experience I had. I would avoid in the future.

This is a small building with one-bedroom apartments converted into a hotel. The rooms are well-appointed and the location is three blocks away between two large shopping malls, giving you plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast at the hotel is quite good, quality and variety are offered. I can't say the same for lunch and dinner, which were a bit disappointing. Staff is attentive, but sometimes confused due to inexperience. At check-out they overcharged us; when I pointed it out, they immediately corrected the bill, but ended up undercharging us instead. A day after we left they wrote to me asking me for the additional amount, but included a payment link that did not work. I wrote back to them, asking for a proper payment link, but they have not responded. I guess all this is due to insufficient training of a new hire.

Friendy staff, comfortable apartment. The restaurant is very good and varied. The location is simply great. Only suggestion is to implement recyclable trash cans in the bedrooms and in the public zones of the hotel, since there is not a specific place for throwing out plastic, metal, among others.

Hotel needs a major overhaul. Breakfast is very very basic and the reception staff is untrained.
