Staff were excellent and very friendly, and the location was perfect for us - the metro and bus stations are right next to the hotel making it easy to get into central Paris. Also WiFi was the fastest and most reliable I've ever experienced in a hotel! The rooms were tired looking and could use redecorating, and the air con did not work - the room could get quite hot and uncomfortable to sleep in; however, the street could be quite noisy below when the window was open. No kettle/tea facilities in room. Breakfast was very basic, better to go outside the hotel. Also had to get room keys reprogrammed every couple of days, but again the excellent staff did this quickly and without any drama.

I Book a room and received email confirmation of my booking, ref number and payment went through. To my surprise when I got to the hotel they informed they don’t have my reservation and later informed me reservation was cancelled due to none payment when challenged they informed of the true issue, they manage to over book the hotel. No email was sent to inform me of the cancellation and early find out when I got to the hotel @ 22:30 on Friday night, there was no help or assistance from the staff and was told there is no one here that can help till Monday morning. I very bad experience to say the least. Don’t book online

very expensive rate for a dirty and very old furniture bedroom Sleeping was terrible dur to the noise from the bus hub right behind the hotel
