Being October 2024 and getting colder, and coming from the warmer climate,it was difficult to get something warm within the hotel premises. The restaurant was operational at specific times that is dinner and lunch. There was no provision for a kettle to allow guests to have tea or a cup of hot water at any time. Please consider providing a kettle, cups, and tea bags in the rooms most especially in winter and late autumn for a comfortable stay of your guests.

Good stay and peacefull

I would have to say that the room looked a bit different to those photos in the app. Not amazing but in any case, it was a decent room. Our room was clean and well appointed although only plug sockets on one side of the bed, we could have done with another. Bathroom was stocked appropriately. The room is fairly basic (no kettle or amenities) and the telly was quite small. In this day and age hotel TV's are a lot bigger and have a Chromecast or something to connect your devices to. We only stayed for one night and did not visit the bar/restaurant but we saw it. It looked very nice and if we stay here again, we would be sure to visit it. I saw a good selection of beverages on offer. Bercy2 is next door. If you want to visit Carrefour and stock up on refreshments or the best cheeses/wines that France has to offer then that is a bonus for you. Otherwise, the hotel is some way out of the way. It is not really in Paris at all. We asked about late check out on the day and was simply told 'quinze' (15:00), we said 2pm would be enough time and was told that this was fine. Only to find that our key cards were deactivated because we didn't pay the relevant fee (nobody told us about a fee...) so we obviously had to pay 20 euros in order to get back into our room for a shower and to get our stuff. Overall, I personally wouldn't stay here again due to the above.

very good stay

I stayed between 23-26 July. Due to the Olympics it was really difficult to get around. At most times of the year the bus links are pretty good but the nearest metro is at least twenty mins away. I had an issue with having to prove I had bought my room, despite having ID, because I booked a year ago. My card has changed in that time and I had to dig out a statement. It was completely unnecessary and I will be making a formal complaint about it and I will be very reluctant to book with Ibis in the future. Didn't have breakfast so cannot review that. The room was quiet but there was a smell of damp in the room but thankfully I was able to leave the window open. Fine for solo trip but room and bed far too small for a couple.

Dear SHANINE S., Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. Although we would have preferred your experience to have been more pleasant, your feedback and impressions are very important to us, as they help us to improve our services on a daily basis. Customer satisfaction is our priority, but apparently, we didn't succeed this time. If you give us the opportunity to regain your trust, we will be delighted to offer you the very best that our customers enjoy every day. Yours sincerely, Leyla Service commercial
