1. Humming sound from the air conditioner's compressor in the room irregularly. Technican didnt fix the problem and left the room quietly w/o feedback the problem. 2. Bathroom floor could be slippery after bath. Shall provide the anti-slipper mat or handle especially the bath tub is in raise height.

I had a great time at Novotel Bangna. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was very friendly. Its proximity to the Yellow Line station was a definite plus.
