There was nothing for us to eat as we requested at the time of booking itself that we vegetarian Indians...even at the time of checking we requested but nothing as such was provided for us to have except bread butter. The location is also not gud
Uncomfortably stay with air-con malfunction

First time at Novotel Suit Sukhumvit 39, and the air-con system didn't work properly. Our family (2 adults and a 4 years old kid) had to stay overnight with an uncomfortable room temperature (28°C) 8pm. We informed hotel staff that our room air-con can not lower temperature down. It shows 28°C all the time. At that time, hotel staff told us that air-con technicians went back home and needed us to wait as it was room temperature, and it would go down in a while. 10pm. We called the hotel staff again. And we have been informed to try to control the fan level. 12am. Room temp remains 28°C, and our family had to stay overnight as it was. And we were so tired with an uncomfortable room temperature. I called the hotel staff to inform the hotel manager about this issue. 10am. I called the hotel staff to check and finally air-con technicians came to fix this problem. Apart from the air-con problem. There were also many little things that everyone should consider to stay at this hotel. 1) Our family came at 1pm. (as an accor member, we have an early check-in benefit). The hotel informed us that the room would be ready by 2 pm. We came again at 3 pm and still need to wait. 2) Microwave not provided, we need to request 3) Tea/Coffee and electric kettle also not provided. We need to request again. 4) Very old towels. Like it been using for ages. 5) Inappropriately clean utensils 6) Bathroom mold 7) Lizard poop on the swimming pool towel On the next day, the hotel finally offered our family to move to another room (upgraded one). Actually, as an accor member, upgraded is one of our benefit. Just to remind you that it was not easy for us, especially with a 4 years old kid to move room after all of our stuffs were already unpacked. Hotel also offer extra welcome drinks and breakfast, however these were not actually happen since fornt staff seem does not know when we asking. Till we check-out a hotel manager not shown up or called. Anyway, staff here are friendly is the only good things.

We stayed for a week and we felt like it was our home. The maids on the floor was always so cheerful when meeting with us and the front office staff was incredibly helpful . The rooms were clean and location is in the centre of town which was super convenient

Poor service. Room not clean. Front office sent me to the broken TV room. Not enough staff. House keeping walk barefoot and using same elevator with guests
