The room we got was not as per the images on the website. I was expecting 2 single beds and one double bed, however the room we got had only one single bed and they added an extra bed. Which meant one person had to sleep in the living room. When we told the reception this, they were not too friendly about it and said we have given you the extra bed. We did not get late check out in the beginning, however later they extended it to 1PM. Overall disappointing, considering I have had some wonderful stays in Novotel.

Location is very good Price is great value for money AC vents needed regular cleaning - we felt stuffiness and a bad smell (which isn't there in other rooms we saw and went away after it was cleaned after we asked 3-4 days into our stay) Bean bag in room is unnecessary Sofa should be cleaner. There was a slight smell coming from it as well. Gym equipment is broken and swimming pool bottom tiles are coming off. This needs some small amount of spending to get back to standards.

Hotel is well situated. Staff are friendly. Very responsive. But it is a bit dated and needs to improve refurbish or upgrade.

The room is not maintained, dirty, dilapidated furniture, smelly bathroom, bird nest found in the balcony behind washing machine. Pigeon droppings along the balcony railing.
