It was a comfotable room with nicely air conditioned. And the hospitality from staff members were great. But it was sad to see my colleague got his bag stolen while he was chatting on the ground floor.

I always come back here. If the hotel is full, I don't book a flight at all. I have been to many hotels in the city but this hotel is perfect for me!!! I really like the excellent breakfast and the comfortable rooms and great beds and even the coffee in the hotel lobby. The staff at this hotel is the most professional I have ever met and is always know how help and with a smile. The management of the hotel is professional at a high level with maintaining quality and high hospitality standards - for years. I just can't think of any other alternative.

We spent few nights here on our visit to great Budapest City. Not much trouble at all checking in and they let us store our luggage before the room was ready. Upon entering the room flet very fresh and clean and tidy and only complaint would be no kettle in the room for coffee or tea. Breakfast was good with no cooked bacon as we come from UK we love bacon for our breakfast. Conveniently located in the center where you can find lots of restaurants and bars. Metro and trams are 200 meter away. Shout out to Marcel, Balazs and Norbert who who without any hesitation answered any question we had and gave us the directions for popular attraction and with their guidance we had a chance to see most of the Budapest. Thank you all and hopefully see you in near future.
