no towels in my room had to find a cleaning lady, room not made the second day, car park away from the hotel and very expensive makes the price of the room expensive

The lack of towels in your room and the fact that it was not cleaned on the second day are unacceptable failures to meet our service standards. We apologize for these oversights and will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again. We also understand your concerns regarding parking. We strive to provide convenient parking options for our guests, however our location, although advantageous over some, does not allow us to have parking that is appropriate for the size of our hotel. Our parking lot, although small, is only 3 minutes from the hotel. We will take your feedback into consideration and look for ways to improve this aspect of our service. Personnel is very friendly and hotel is located in the center. The rooms are really small as well as the bathroom. No amenities in the room like a coffee and tea facilities.
