the representative of this hotel was very helpful and good. But When i became there i was shocked about the outfit of hotel. it is under the construction and it was not informed to me and my training group. we were plained to train at night so we had to rest in daytime. but we could not. if you are in that condition, you have to transfer that information. I was in charge of reservation of hotel, so i feel bad for that. As i Said, your representative was good, but if you got this manner, you can be great. Thanks for your serve.

Worst WiFi/Difficulties getting the bill

1. Poor Wifi: In the bedroom we don't get wifi signal this has been informed to us while checking in but what we see is that the wifi is not working when we are in the living room also. Frequent disconnections. 2. Our stay is sponsored by the company so we have to submit the hotel bill every month because we have a credit card & the limit is 5lakhs INR. So when I request them to provide me the bill on monthly basis they say it'S. not possible. This is making complicated for us to claim the amount from the company.

The hotel is getting a bit dated and requires some renovation. I have always been visiting this hotel for almost 10 years every time I visit Toulouse. However, on the recent stay, it is noted that a lot of equipment really needs to be renewed, such as the shower head, the iron, toilet seat cover all requires some sort of replacement already.
