Overall the cleanliness needs to be improved as we found hairs on the pillows. Also the bathroom design is very poor. I fell down 1st night after stepping out from the shower due to the step. In addition, there were some plates and forks inside the dish washer from previous customer. The cleaner should have checked everything before giving to the next customer. The positive point is we can replenish water and have the drinks like hot chocolates, coffee etc. from the machine anytime we want. The location is quite ideal, close to train station and 10 mins walk to the city center.

Experience was good, better options for vegeterian food can be added. Supportive staff with good communication. Especially Lucas, Gregoire were great people to always help during my 3 months stay.

Obviously the whole building is having a whole refurbish that is affecting the functionality of the different areas. Nevertheless, the service is much worse than before. There are issues on the windows that wind and cold goes through them, annoying all the time. The wifi is horrible, the signal is poor and barely can connect when you are inside the main bedroom. The beds are really hard, not comfortable at all. There is no no coffee or any additional milk/water is available on the rooms like before. In general, needs a bit of update
