A great practical stopover hotel right by the wonderful station Marseille St Charles. Very comfy bed, and good air-conditioning. I would have liked a kettle to make a hot drink in the room, but he cafe and restaurant services were excellent.

Perfect location for traveling either by rail or airport bus, also easy access to the metro and the rest of the city. Great staff. Restaurant on site as well as café for snacks and drinks. Hotel is well maintained.

The room was good, the staff was good the hotel was clean and fine. I am on a wheelchair because I am paraplegic. The shower is wheelchair accessible but there is no wheelchair to shower with… I don’t travel with my personal shower chair because it’s simply impossible for me to do so. Because of that I was not able to go to the stool and not able to take a shower, I took the train when I left the hotel and when I arrived home in Cannes after a two hours trip I had done in my pants. You must have a wheelchair to shower with in every Pmr room or it is simply not a wheelchair accessible room it’s just a from for old people, again , I can’t stand I can’t get on a toilet, I need a specific wheelchair to shower, or do you expect me to shower on my regular wheelchair???

Poor experience - Staff not to blame

Zidane Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

No minibar, no safe in the room, no slippers, paid dental/hair/sewing/shaving kit, no possibility to keep the luggage at reception - instead there are paid safe... staff does what they are told to do and are not to blame, but the whole experience feels so cheap and the company trying to get the maximum out of you to the point you feel being ripped. Will think twice in the futur before staying in a IBIS hotel... The breakfast was good, but refeeling takes time even if we were there more than 30mns before the end of breakfast.
