Hotel reception and staff was very good and welcoming. The area the hotel is in is not the centre ville rather 15 minutes walk or a tram ride. Rooms could do with renovation as they look outdated.

A great location that is a short walk away from the centre of Bordeaux. There is laundrette, pharmacie and convenience store very close to the hotel which was super great. The hotel staff were very welcoming on arrival, and helpful in providing a map and a few things to do/see. We had a room with 2 single beds, but found the beds very hard and uncomfortable (unsure what the double/queen beds would be like). Even though there was air conditioning, I don't think it worked, as I tried it and the fan went but no air seemed to come out. Luckily it wasn't too hot or too cold and we were OK without it. The other facilities were fine, the water pressure was good, and we had everything we needed. The bar area was really nice, but we didn't use it as we went out to enjoy the city sights.

Good location, nice rooms, but a couple of shortcomings: safe not working (was fixed after I complained, next day not working again!), rooms not cleaned properly, keycard not working (had to go to the reception at least twice per day - and I didn't put it together with my mobile, no!). It was really annoying. After my complaints they offered a dinner for free, but I had other plans. At least a professional way to deal with a customer complaint.

6 times I had to return to reception and wait in the check in line because my room key was faulty. I was not the only one I met a grumpy guest in the lift on his second trip. Staff told me all sorts of nonsense for it not working but it wasn’t until I was really insistent that someone actually came to sort the faulty lock out. I wasted a good few hours of my stay going up and down and waiting in line. Secondly I do not consider the hotel to have a restaurant. You can sit in the lobby and in Sunday evening the entire menu was a choice of 4 different pizza

Well located for town centre and on the tram line to the airport. Very helpful staff and room ready early so I could leave my luggage. Very nice room and good breakfast.
