We needed a break after driving all day from Central I. and the hotel met our basic needs. The room was a bit cramped, making it difficult to move from the bathroom to the desk and only one chair was provided, so my partner had to sit on the luggage rack. As in most hotels, the air conditioning seemed not to respond to our attempts to cool the room; the only solution was to keep the window open all night. The 'blind' bathroom had all the necessary equipment and supplies. A fan to remove the steam after showering would have been ideal. As it was, we tried to leave the bathroom door open, but this blocked access to the exit, Staff were very helpful, supplying hand towels, which were not part of the basic supplies and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Nice welcome. Easy check in. Internet would not connect so could not check work emails, or use computer at all. Aircon not working well. No-one at reception when I left to report it to. They did try and help with internet but basically said it was working. Have stayed on Ibis Budget and was better.
