Lovely room with superb view and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff and a plentiful breakfast. Location could not be bettered. (Hospitality tray needed replacing more regularly.)

Perfectly positioned hotel. Beautiful room overlooking the Promenade Anglais, friendly helpful staff and the breakfast team were wonderful along with a good varied breakfast We came for a birthday treat so we booked the best room in the hotel. Most have ever paid for a room and you are absolutely paying for location location location. The room was stylish and large (I think it’s an exception as believe other rooms are considerably smaller). The world was busy outside with a nice buzz but once you closed the balcony doors it was peaceful. Comfy bed, good shower, fridge in the room, good air conditioning I loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by and on my birthday the team brought breakfast to the balcony which was a real treat. It sadly rained every day but you are so close to things it was easy to get around and we just got on with it - old town, beach, tour bus etc It’s not a fancy hotel but it’s one of the best placed hotels and I would go back in a heart beat Thank you to the team at the hotel for a great service and wonderful holiday

A very good size room, (balcony sea view room). Friendly staff and an amazing location. Steps from the beach or beach clubs and right around the corner from the market. Definitely recommend a stay here

The staff were excellent to work with and you CANNOT beat this location in the heart of Nice - everything is easy to walk to and get around. The only minor problem is that you can hear everything going on outside, making it slightly tough to sleep, but that is a product of being in a very lively neighborhood. Would love to stay here again, thank you for everything.
