One of my preferred hotels in Nice. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is good and the staff are fantastic. The location is ideal for the station and the old town. Also, although not relevant for a December stay, the rooftop pool is great in the summer.

We stayed in a renovated privilege room and I could not fault the experience. Front of house, room and bar staff all very professional and friendly. Well done to the manager for leading such a great team

Great location and if you are renting a car there is an indoor garage for a special rate if you are staying at the Mercure.

I enjoyed dealing with every single person at the Mercure. From their general manager to the receptionists, the bartenders, the servers in the breakfast lounge to the cleaning ladies. Nothing but professional and courteous service. They have a customer for life and Nice won my heart.
