An ideal choice if having an overnight stopover with an early train to catch from Nice Ville station. Welcoming staff, well- equipped room and bathroom, plus a good choice of dishes at breakfast. Close to the main shopping area and many restaurants.

The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants, groceries and shopping places downstairs. Notre Dame Church just at this hotel right side. 5 minutes walk to main train station. The facilities in the room are not like a 4-star hotel. It's only 3 stars

Disappointing & Below Standard Stay

I recently treated my mother to a two-night stay at your hotel, which we had been eagerly anticipating. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the high standards we have come to expect from Mercure and other four-star accommodations within the Accor group. I hope the following feedback will be taken seriously as it is provided with the intention of fostering improvement. Check-In Experience: Upon arrival, the front desk staff appeared overwhelmed, which we attributed to our early check-in and the busy holiday season. While we understand that holidays can be a demanding time, the frazzled demeanor set a less-than-positive tone for the stay. Acknowledgment of Accor Status: As an Accor loyalty member, I was disappointed that my status was not acknowledged during check-in. In previous Accor stays, such recognition has been a hallmark of excellent service. Room Conditions: The condition of our room left much to be desired: 1. The beds were uncomfortably stiff. 2. A lampshade was torn. 3. The shower mount was broken, forcing us to use the handheld showerhead. 4. One towel holder was loose or broken. 5. The toilet room's light flickered and turned off after a few seconds. These issues collectively detracted from the comfort and functionality of our stay and were not consistent with the standards of a four-star property. Housekeeping Delays: We left our room at 8 AM on the first morning and returned at 4 PM to find it had not been serviced, despite hanging the sign to indicate we were out. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told that housekeeping needed to be notified if we wanted cleaning done before 5 PM, which was unexpected and inconvenient. Furthermore, another guest in the hallway voiced similar concerns, mentioning their room had not been cleaned for two days. Housekeeping staff were working late into the night, which suggests potential understaffing or poor organizational management. Parking Charges: The hotel's app listed parking at 27 euros per day but failed to mention that guests needed to notify the hotel to secure this rate. We were charged a higher rate upon departure and informed at the front desk that notification was required. Clear communication about this policy would have been appreciated to avoid surprises. Overall, this stay fell short of the high standards I associate with Accor hotels. I value the quality and consistency I have experienced in previous stays, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. I hope my feedback will be taken constructively to address these issues and enhance the guest experience for future visitors. I look forward to hearing how these concerns will be addressed, as I remain a loyal Accor customer and would like to continue choosing your properties for future stays.

- multiple damaged items in the room (shower etc) which I needed to report to hotel stuff to get fixed . This must be checked before guests arrive - got only 2 sets of towels every day. We were 3 guests , and it was clear (family room) - cleaning happened increasing late in day, sometimes at 16 when we would typically return - last night NO cleaning , change of towels, whatsoever happened. Needed to ask for towels and get trashed cleaned - last night, after our room was not cleaned , the cleaning lady started to clean the room next to us. At 22:10 in the night. Extremely loud
