Excellent location and good service. Location is 10 minute walk to Promenade des Anglais (take a right and left) and 8 minute walk to the train station which takes you to Monaco and Cannes (take a right and then right, it’s by the building before the bridge on your left). Breakfast was ok but fine. Rooftop bar is nice. Rooms are well appointed. My only complaint was the washroom. They put the toilet paper holder so close to the toilet that your arm blocks it when sitting.

Comfortable rooms, nice beds. Only hiccup was the bathroom door which was bit stuck. Had 2 rooms but were not connected.
