Dear M. H., I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your billing. I understand how frustrating this must be, and I appreciate your patience as we look into this matter. After internal verification, no double charged was done, upon your check-in a pre authorisation was done on your credit card, as per common practice in our industry and was automatically release upon your check-out on March 6th, this process should not take more than a few days depending of banks.
