Plus points - Front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. Location although not very central to the Lourdes sanctuary was close enough (<1 km walk). Cozy restaurant, not a great buffet, but the essentials were present. Only negative - Cramped room

An overnight stop, arriving late afternoon. The hotel is just around the corner from the railway station, which is also a stop on the shuttle bus from the airport. Stayed many times, always clean, with a very welcoming staff at the desk. Will always choose here for overnights such as this.

Reception: The man at reception was helpful and got us checked in quickly. Room / facilities: Room 217, is a rear facing room, on the second floor overlooking the kitchen area of the hotel and the rears of other hotels. This made the room very quiet, except in the morning at around 4.00am, when you heard alarms from the kitchen and banging pots and pans also from the kitchen. There is an air conditioning control panel which did not function, as it was turned off and controlled centrally with a window that opens. In typical IBIS tradition, a minimalistic approach is taken. The room has comfortable king bed, small built in shelves as bedside tables, small hanging and shelf area, bench and the typical compact functional bathroom pre built pod. There is a good size flat screen TV. The room does not have a safe, fridge, tea or coffee facilities, but we were provided paper coffee cups to drink from. Laundry: No self operated coin laundry on site. Parking: is available at an additional cost Wifi: Complementary and good speed. Validation required. Breakfast: Available for additional cost, but not utilised on this stay. Conclusion: Great central located hotel, with an easy walk to Lourdes city and attractions, Gare, supermarkets. Letdowns: Noise from kitchen staff at early hours of the morning Location / Nearby: Lidl supermarket 1,000m, Birger King 1,000m, Lourdes Gare (train station) is 5 min walk. Lourdes city attractions are an easy walk. Recommendations: For a quieter stay, request a “rear” room that does not face the street. Getting to hotel: If arriving by car, best use GPS. If arriving into Lourdes train station, exit to the car park side of the station and walk down the hill to the roundabout, turn left and the hotel will be seen on the left, on the next corner.

Stayed for two nights with my partner. Room was on the smaller side, even for an Ibis. Unfortunately the aircon did not work and it was very hot in the room. Also had bedbugs. No welcome drink or recognition of Platinum ALL status. My Debit card was authorised for the whole amount even though I had paid in full.
