Well located hotel which has recently been renovated. Spacious bar/ lounge area to relax in. Good evening meal and breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff even though they were training up a new staff member who didn’t quite get it right but made up the mistake by offering a free glass of wine, nice touch. Will be using this hotel again in the future when I’m in the area. Thank you.

Maybe it's just because it was rainy, but the hotel felt kind of dark compared to the pictures. Also I got an old room. Too old.

The hotel was dirty, the staff were not very enthusiastic at the reception. they changed my room number 3 times. I have stayed here before, and it was much better.

Always quiet ovetnight. Good beds. Evening meal good. Needed extra waiter, so some delay in service (same problem in England!). Loose tea at breakfast - no Breakfast tea! Clearly Accor/Ibis not aware of bio-degradable teabags.
