At night, guests from another room entered my room, opening the door with their key. At the reception, they said they lived in this room and received a key without questions and documents. It is very unpleasant to wake up because other people enter your room at night when there is a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Then I had to go to the reception at night to register my key again. This is the first time. It's unprofessional to give a room key to anyone who asks. It's not safe to stay in this place. This is not a hotel!!!
