Very old Hotel. Hygiene not the best. Renovation would be urgent necessary.

+ Perfect location + Big areas and rooms + Free water on the hallways + Nice shower + Good restaurant - €18,50 for breakfast for children is crazy expensive - Not enough elevators, they should make the accessibility to the stairs more clear - Very rude man behind the reception desk, all 8 us if don't understand why they would put a man like that there, makes for a bad first impression

Located right by the St. Louis Square, you're in the middle of the action here. The hotel could use some updates, but the location is excellent as you're in the middle of old town. The cathedral is barely 500 m away and so are all virtually all the popular sights. Parking can be difficult as it's located over the central parking garage which gets jam packed on Friday and Saturday nights when people flock to the city center to enjoy drinks together. Parking in the garage is 15 Euros per day at the hotel rate. The rooms were ok. If transiting or coming for a short stay, the hotel is fine. Better to find a place more character though if you're staying longer or want to truly take in the city. There was just one lift for the hotel and that caused serious delays when trying to get down to breakfast or down to checkout followed by the parking garage. Seasonal pool available on site. Breakfast was very good.
