Overall good experience but no answer from hotel to request for courtesy bus from airport to hotel. Otherwise would have rated higher

boiling water under the shower

In the room 109 I had an issue with a shower. It was extremally hard to set up the temperature of the water under the shower. First I asked to fix it, but it was not fixed. I received instructions from the reception how to set it up, and it worked once. Afterwards the issue was still the same. I asked to change the room, but no other room was available. Next day technical employee of the hotel helped me to set up the water temperature. From now on, I will always ask to not accommodate me in to the room 209.
