Dear Lothar, thanks a lot for your fair comment. The interval of room cleaning has been changed to every 2 days. Of course, the rooms can also be cleaned daily on request. The stay at this hotel was rather uneventful. I know it's Mercure and I know what the standards are so I don't expect 5 stars, but this hotel just wasn't well maintained. The room was rubbish, the lift the first night didn't work (ok you can say breakdown so I understand), the wifi in the room didn't work either. There may not have been a fungus on the bathroom curtain but it is not very hygienic. Later still friends could not enter the room. Even the receptionist who came to help us had a problem entering and had to go back under the door to enter the room.

Good little hotel, although a bit ourworn - nice pool and cozy pool area area and good breakfast. The deluxe room on 6th floor was nice with a small balcony - though fony smell in the bathroom. Good beds. A bit away from center, but with good connection with U-bahn and lots of restaurants in the area

comfortable rooms, nice reception, good selection of basic shops and restaurants (we can recommend Il ducato around the corner for Italian, there is also REWE) parking on the street free on the weekend / overnight

Good hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was really good as was the freshness of the small pool during the hot days. Located just around the corner from the U-Bahn, there are plenty of places to eat in the area.
