A very nice and quiet junior suite, good air conditioning. Too few sockets for today’s use of electronic devices. Otherwise everything was fine. A welcoming gift (fruits, candy, juice and water) was pleasant surprise.

I prefer to stay in accor properties usually because i know they provide a great experience without a doubt. I emailed property to maje sure my preferred bed type was arranged. They quickly responded me. I appreciate that. But when I checked in i felt like the room is dirty, bathroom room wasn’t cleaned properly, tea kettle and mugs were sticky I really didn’t want to touch them. I hope next time it will be a better experience gor me

Dear Emine, I very much regret that there was cause for criticism. The room request was TWIN and close to each other. Both rooms were close. The second room couldn't be a twin because it was occupied by 3 people and a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed was reserved for it. I am very sorry that one of the rooms did not appear to be clean. Of course that shouldn't happen. I recommend that all guests contact the reception staff immediately. They can react immediately and arrange everything to ensure that you get an appropriate room. I very apologize for the inconvenience. I would be happy to provide you with any further comments.
