Staff were pleasant, especially on reception. Had a problem at dinner. Ordered the pork, which arrived quite burnt. Sent it back & when arrived it was still a little burnt &my portion was smaller than the first - we weren't impressed. The manager arrived & was very professional & pleasant. We ordered the fish instead & he reduced the price of our meal by 20%. He saw that we were annoyed but dealt with the problem calmly & professionally. We hope he goes far within the company.
