In July I made a reservation for one night through the website, providing also my credit carda data. Then, I never got a confirmation email. I have asked for this confirmation through the form, but did not receive any answer. So, in absence of a confirmation, I had to book in another hotel, but it was not possible for me to cancel this reservation. So, yesterday I was really surprised that the hotel had claimed the entire cost (165 Euros) even if I did not come. I am really disappointed for this behaviour and hope that it will be still possible to get back the money

Good overnight stop to assist in breaking your journey heading south. Comfortable accommodation and helpful staff. Good choice of menu in the evening. Breakfast is ok but not as good as 5 years ago but adequate.

As usual, everything was good, but the leaks in my wife's starter were inedible. This was taken from the cost, but the chef should not be sending out food like this.

A hotel we regularly use because of its location. Has a restaurant which is good after a day in the car to avoid going out again. They were helpful in providing food for my wife who is gluten and dairy intolerant.

Everything was fine apart from being a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool. We had chosen your hotel as we had been driving for 5 hours and wanted to have a dip in the pool to cool down and relax but the pool was full of dead bugs. Other than this, hotel was totally fine and we’d be happy to stay again.
