I am used to stay in this hôtel for business travels and ereything is ok. Rooms are clean and well furnished even if I would have like a coffee machine or something to make water bowl, and bathroom are very small. But the staff is very nice and ready to help. The restaurant is good.

Effective check in on line, clear instructions on how and where to park. Comfortable bed and bedroom, bathhroom a bit "narrow". Breakfast as expected, reasonable choice reasonable quality.

Great location for visiting the town. Private paid parking very good. Room was clean and tidy. We had booked an evening meal when we booked the room over the internet my wife who is gluten free did not have much chose and when we got the meals the standard seems to have slipped as it was not as good as last time we stayed. If we return we will not book the meal package again.

Check in easy. Room clean and comfortable. Our experience at the restaurant was completely unsatisfactory for dinner. It was Brasilian Night with a fixed menu and price, no a la carte options were available. One of us is vegetarian, the only change the kitchen could do was offer a a dinner plate size cabbage salad at no reduced cost. Fortunately this person was not hungry and only had a glass of wine. My pasta dish had some cooked but dried out noodles as if this dish was old and had been microwaved. The young lady at reception was very helpful in allowing me to print airline boarding passes.

We do not usually eat at Ibis hotels, but made an exception this time. The menu was very limited, so we chose the lamb chops 'special'. They were dry and tough. My wife hardly ate hers at all, and commented when the plates were cleared, but there was no response. Confirmed our usual practice, to stay at an Ibis but eat elsewhere. In addition the 'football' game in reception was being played loudly by children all the time and made it impossible to have a quiet drink in the bar area.

This hotel is a short stroll from anything you might want to do in Orléans. The staff are efficient and friendly. The breakfasts were good. The bathroom is very small but everything worked well.

I was very happy with all aspects of this hotel, especially the friendly, helpful staff. It would have been nice to have had a kettle and tea/coffee in the room but I think.maybe this is.not expected in Europe as it.is.in England. Other than that, very satisfied and perfect location.

We stayed for four nights in a week of work. The room is not to large, but comfortable enough for the stay needs, with all the facilities required in this situation: enough wardrobe space (easy to access) and a clean and large work table. The breakfast options, although not as big as in other hotels, are varied enough, and the restaurant in the hotel has a nice variety for dinner (although it may be difficult to tell from the menu).
