We stayed here for 5 nights, from 6/9/2024 to 6/14/2024. Excellent service, the staff are all very helpful in answering all questions. We were surprised that the hotel provided a machine to shine the shoes, tool to open beers, and weight to weight our luggage prior returning to US to avoid overweight. Our stay in this hotel was full of good surprises and experience. Thank you all for offering the excellent services. We will definitely be coming back in the future if we have a chance to visit Berlin again.
