Cam Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The service was poor, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. There was no greeting, no smiles, and an overall cold atmosphere. The staff seemed more focused on talking among themselves than assisting customers with check-in. To make matters worse, the room had a strong unpleasant odor, which made our stay uncomfortable. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this place based on what we encountered.

We started in a family room. It was a little cramped but we managed ok. My daughter has serious allergies and although the staff weren't necessarily knowledgeable, they went out of their way to find out information so she could eat there. The hotel is lovely and modern, good air conditioning, amazing shower and right outside a metro stop so easy to get to.
