Hotel is nice, location next to subway station is fantastic. The hotel parking garage does NOT offer EV charging. For a newly built ibis Styles very disapointing!

As a member of the Accor loyalty program, I always book with them if possible, and was surprised to find the Ibis Styles. I was not excited about the location being south of the central area and requiring use of the Metro listed as “close by”, so I checked other hotels we had used on prior trips and they were significantly higher then they had been in the past and much higher than Ibis Styles; one 2.5 times higher. It was shocking, so I booked Ibis Styles reluctantly, after seeing a travel video stating its location was one of the worst for tourists. What a surprise to finally arrive at the hotel and find the Metro one door down across the street. Their staff were exceptionally helpful and sincerely friendly. The location was excellent with 5 restaurants across the street within 2 blocks , as well as a pharmacy and 2 grocery stores. We had a very nice 5 night stay and look forward to another 3 nights before we fly home. The only problem I encountered was that the window seating was too high for me to use, but I’m only 5’2” so they brought in a chair. Perfect!
