I booked a room on 14 May 2024 for one night and was room number 625 the room has very bad smell it’s like unclean bathroom smell (sewage) I approached the receptionist guy name Elmin he claims that he is a supervisor and he never offer any help to me when I want to report the issue. Very bad service, very bad experience. Specially with Elmin.

Excellent location. Good price. Nice breakfast and staff during the breakfast. Pleasent and care staff. Especially Fatima is pleasent and smiling. Some issues: - no slippers in the room; - no electric kettle in the room to drink a tea, coffee; - no gym (even very small) in the hotel;

Very comfortable, quiet and clean room. Comfortable bed. The hotel is close to the metro station, which makes it much easier to quickly reach the city center. It was a good choice. Very helpful staff. We used the luggage storage for a few hours after checking out, which made it easier for us to continue exploring. I consider our stay very successful.
