Lovely hotel with great facilities and fabulous staff.
Only problem we had was the lack on other amenities locally. No shop or other restaurants if we wanted to eat off the resort.

Lovely, clean hotel with friendly staff.
The rooms were spotless and staff were very welcoming which made for a nice stay.
A couple of things to note - we weren't offered an arrival drink on check-in which would have been a nice touch. The hotel drinks were very overpriced. We also thought the hotel was walking distance to places as per the website, but it wasn't and we needed cabs everywhere. We used Uber which was excellent.
The hotel shuttle service times were not great and not frequent enough.
Overall a lovely hotel but these small things would make it better

Lovely, clean hotel with friendly staff.
The rooms were spotless and staff were very welcoming which made for a nice stay.
A couple of things to note - we weren't offered an arrival drink on check-in which would have been a nice touch. The hotel drinks were very overpriced. We also thought the hotel was walking distance to places as per the website, but it wasn't and we needed cabs everywhere. We used Uber which was excellent.
The hotel shuttle service times were not great and not frequent enough.
Overall a lovely hotel but these small things would make it better

We stayed at Victoria expecting a relaxing golf and spa break, so unfortunately I came away very disappointed with the overall experience.
One of the main reasons for choosing the resort was the combination of golf and spa facilities. To find that the spa was out of use during our stay was therefore extremely disappointing. When a property promotes itself as a golf and spa resort, I think it is reasonable for guests to expect both of those key facilities to be available, particularly when they form a significant part of the reason for booking.
The lack of spa facilities really impacted our trip and meant the stay wasn’t the experience we had been looking forward to. Had we known beforehand that the spa would be unavailable, it may well have influenced our decision to book.
There were aspects of the stay that we enjoyed, but unfortunately the spa situation left us feeling dissatisfied and took away considerably from what should have been a relaxing golf and spa break.

My biggest issue is that my bikini cover up was taking by the cleaners. It was white and I vocally stated it most likely was lifted with the towels. It went missing within an hour. I was left with no cover up on my holiday . I complained and mentioned this three times , including check out with absolutely zero follow up ! For a 5 star resort it is unexceptable

We last stayed in this hotel when it was under the Tivoli brand and unfortunately it has declined significantly since then. I appreciate it has been a number of years but the standards of the hotel are not that of a 5 star. Common areas (particularly corridors to bedrooms) are very tired with patchy paint jobs. The cleanliness of the rooms overall should be reviewed. Our curtains were stained, the sink drain was blocked, furniture was warped and worn, spare pillows were dirty in appearance and overall just lacking the luxury one would expect of a 5 star hotel. Food around the pool is incredibly expensive for what is on offer. We’re more than happy to pay if the offering reflects what is received but that was simply not the case here. Overall, our stay was very average and we wouldn’t be inclined to return again - particularly as there was no great concern from reception when we spoke of our disappointment on departure.

The hotel was clean, lovely pool and food was nice a little on the expensive side but overall it was a stunning hotel. The staff were lovely too. The only member of staff which I did not like was the lady by the eggs she was aggressive and miserable. She also spoke to her colleague and looked at me and laughed and when she asks what would you like she doesn’t even ask she just points at the food. I don’t expect that sort of service at a 5 star hotel!! The breakfast staff wee lovely especially the ones who made my little boys birthday special we sang happy birthday to him and also thank you to who made him a complimentary birthday cake that was lovely too. I also asked for a room to be closer to the reception as I have an chronic illness called intracranial hypertension and I have fluid and pressure on my brain so sometimes when I walk too far it makes me feel dizzy. On the 2nd day they said they would find me a suitable room. No one ever called me which was a bit disappointing.

Beautiful hotel in one of Europe's most desired places especially for golfers. The hotel team were fabulous. Two things mark the scoring down, the hotel needs refurbishing as it's showing its age, and one big bug bear, is the old mattresses. Hotels tend to hold back on investing in new mattresses, these must have been very old to the point the springs were gone, concaving the bed and giving loss of sleep which is not acceptable for this price.
The other is, the lack of loyalty recognition. Zero mention on the Platinum tier, just a generic greeting. A big issue not just with this property, but Accor can't to get this right compared to other stronger welcomes from American brands like Hilton or Marriott. First 3 mins of arrival matter essp. In the luxury domain. Accors loyalty team need to do better.
Can't wait to revisit after the rebrand with expectations these two areas are fixed.

Before booking, I had read several reviews suggesting that the rooms and common areas were somewhat dated and that the restaurants were overpriced. Having now stayed at the hotel, I think both points deserve some perspective.
The rooms do show some signs of age in places, and the décor seems to combine two different styles, presumably reflecting different phases of renovation. That said, the fundamentals are excellent: impeccable cleanliness, remarkably good soundproofing from outside and neighbouring rooms, exceptionally comfortable bedding, and generous storage space.
For a hotel of this standard, however, I would expect the ability to cast content from a smartphone or tablet to the TV. The other significant weakness is soundproofing from the corridor. Unfortunately, this becomes particularly noticeable when other guests are inconsiderate late at night or early in the morning, which happened each night.
Regarding the restaurants, I have to disagree with some of the criticism I had read. The food is generally excellent, and the prices are entirely appropriate for a hotel of this category — in some cases, I would even consider them quite reasonable.
There are nevertheless a couple of areas for improvement. The Lobby Lounge would benefit from a more distinctive and contemporary interior design, while its terrace has considerable untapped potential and deserves a much more appealing layout. The food there is only acceptable, and far less memorable than elsewhere in the hotel. At Palms, the staffing level seemed more than adequate, yet service was unnecessarily slow on one occasion. Greater attentiveness to guests and less conversation among staff would have avoided an unacceptably long wait.
A special mention for the Botanic rooftop bar: simply perfect. A beautiful setting, excellent atmosphere and a real highlight of our stay.
The fitness centre is pleasant and well maintained, although the equipment selection could be slightly more comprehensive. In particular, adding a versatile, multi-station cable/pulley system would make a meaningful difference.
Finally, and most importantly, our sincere thanks to the entire hotel team. Without exception, the staff we encountered were professional, courteous and genuinely attentive. We were also particularly touched by the thoughtful gesture for our wedding anniversary. It was greatly appreciated and contributed to making our stay memorable.
Overall, an excellent experience with strong fundamentals and outstanding service. A few targeted improvements to the rooms’ technology, corridor soundproofing, Lobby Lounge and fitness facilities would bring the hotel even closer to the standard its excellent team already delivers.

Great hotel overall and I was very happy with my stay. The hotel is spacious, the staff are friendly, and there are some really nice touches throughout.
The room was excellent, very spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was cleaned twice a day. We had a swim-up room, which was a great experience and the kids really enjoyed having direct access to the pool. The pool itself was lovely, although the water was quite cool and would have been even better if it was a little warmer. There are also quite a few steps around the swim-up pool area, and we ended up with a few cuts and grazes, so this is something that could perhaps be improved from a safety point of view.
Breakfast was decent with a great selection of bread. Orange juice, coffee and tea being served at the table was also a really nice touch. However, I would have liked to see more vegan options. The roasted/boiled potatoes could also be improved as they were quite dry and only lukewarm at times. Hash browns would be a much better breakfast option in my opinion. It would also be nice to have more coffee choices available, such as cappuccino or latte.
Food and drinks at the hotel are quite expensive, although this is to be expected at a hotel like this. A Coke or beer can cost up to around €6, and there weren't many vegan food choices available.
The free shuttle from the hotel to the marina is a great bonus. It needs to be booked on the morning of the day you want to use it and can take up to 8 people. An Uber from the hotel to the marina is around €10, so the complimentary shuttle is definitely useful.
Check-in is from 3pm and checkout is at 12pm, which I found very convenient.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The spacious and comfortable rooms, swim-up pool, friendly staff and free marina shuttle were definite highlights. With a few improvements to the vegan food selection, breakfast options and pool area, it would be even better. I would definitely stay here again.

Room Service is defiantly under pressure appeared to be a single or small team dealing with a hotel with over 500 pax - Simple Item to get Ice the wait through room service was to be 50 min + as the lady was over whelmed with orders- and simply could not do it,
