We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to find that the vehicle did not have sufficient space for your luggage and golf bags, despite this service having been booked and paid for in advance. Although the transportation was arranged through TUI, and not directly by the hotel, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation caused.
