Un peu déçu car je ne pense pas que le standing soit au niveau d'un Grand Mercure: - petit dejeuner correct mais sans plus - personnel a l'accueil insuffisant et peu serviable

Un hôtel élevé, une literie et des chambres de bon niveau mais la nourriture est très très médiocre, la qualité du service de chambre housekeeping aussi, la rapidité d exécution aussi. Ils sont adorables mais ça ne va pas au global

Hotel propre, mais je le classerais plutôt 4 étoile s ,en Malaisie le niveau des 5 étoiles est exceptionnel. Ils y’a de jeunes dans l’équipe très professionnels , motivés et de futurs talents. L’équipe de nuit est très efficace et rapide pour le Checkin. Bon petit déjeuner, mais plus de plats locaux malaisiens serait ideal. J’ai attendu très longtemps pour l’enlèvement et le retour de mes affaires que l’ai envoyé au pressing.
