L'hôtel se situe à quelques minutes des tours Petronas. Vaste hall. Aménagé avec goût. Personnel accueillant et chaleureux et aux petits soins. La suite que nous avons eu était spacieuse et confortable et très propre. Le petit déjeuner pris au salon était copieux et varié. Les parties communes de l'hôtel sont bien entretenues. C'est un sans faute. Merci à vous tous.

Retour à KL après plusieurs années. Le Pullman a été choisi pour sa centralité et la promesse d'une grande chambre pour la famille. Là-dessus, il ne déçoit pas. Pour un tarif raisonnable, la prestation est convenable. Centres commerciaux, KLCC, métro très faciles à rejoindre. Dommage pour la proximité D. 8 Convay, chantier à l'abandon depuis quelques années. Les chambres sont pratiques bien qu'un peu sombres. Le mobilier est usé par endroits. Statut Platinum plutôt bien respecté (pas sûr pour l'upgrade de chambre). Dommage que le lounge soit si confiné (pas de vue) et interdit aux enfants. Petit déjeuner dans le restaurant avec beaucoup de choix mais pas vraiment emballé par la qualité des produits. Piscine agréable (vite à l'ombre). Un peu limite de conditionner l'usage de certaines couchettes à la consommation au bar (snacking décevant).
