Accueil simple et efficace. Chambre avec une très belle vue sur la skyline de Kuala Lumpur. Lit confortable. C’est propre et fonctionnel, équipement de la chambre conforme au standard Mercure. La salle de bain est propre et spacieuse. Par contre impossible d’avoir une température d’eau stable dans la douche. On se brûle ou c’est froid et ça alterne. C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et c’était déjà comme ça lors de mon précédent séjour (il y a six mois). Est ce que vous lisez les commentaires pour améliorer les problèmes ? Hormis ce problème, c’est bien. La vue depuis la piscine au 54eme étage est très belle.

However, we sincerely apologise for the recurring issue you experienced with the shower temperature, as this is your second stay with the same concern. We do read all guest comments and we have escalated this matter to management team. We are actively working to resolve the water heater however in the meantime, we kindly advise to allow the water flowing for a short while without adjusting the handle frequently for the temperature to stabilize more effectively. Thank you as well for your comments regarding sustainability amenities. Hôtel situé légèrement en dehors du centre-ville, très propre avec un personnel agréable et attentif. Ce qui ne va pas, c'est la chambre supérieure qui propose 2 petits lits simples pour 3 adultes! Par contre, la suite pour familles de 4 est très confortable.
