We are truly sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially during a family trip. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations and caused you unnecessary stress during your stay. We regret the inconvenience caused by the lift maintenance, which made movement within the hotel difficult, especially during a short stay. We understand how frustrating this was and appreciate your patience. Regarding the fire alarm incident, we are truly sorry for the anxiety and sleep disruption it caused. We have shared your feedback with our Operations team to ensure clearer and more timely announcements, as well as more considerate responses, should such incidents occur in the future. We also apologize for the limited availability of pastries in the hotel coffee shop and the reduced assistance from the front-of-house team compared to your previous visits. We will review with F&B team on our service standards and ensure our guests’ needs are better anticipated. Your feedback highlights areas where we must improve and we take your comments seriously. We sincerely apologise for the series of inconveniences you experienced, particularly during the first part of your stay and we are sorry that we did not provide the comfort and service you expected. All your comments have been addressed with our team to ensure immediate improvements and to prevent these issues from happening again. We also apologise for the state in which the bathroom was left after the repair and no guest should ever have to request a second cleaning after maintenance work. Regarding the inconsistency of the hot water and Wi-Fi performance, these have been shared with our Engineering and IT teams for urgent review. We also understand and respect your decision to cancel the remaining breakfasts. However, we are relieved to know that the rest of your stay improved and that our Front Office Manager, Dahrin, together with our attentive staff, helped make the remainder of your visit more pleasant.
